Born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, I first became interested in making images when I got my drivers license and my friends and I would make the treck down to the Outer Banks. I started documenting the waves we were surfing which gave me the hunger to keep looking for images everywhere I went.

I remember sitting in my 200 person chemistry class and thinking that it was time to change. I googled “what is the best Photography school?“ Brooks Institute was the one that I found. The decision to pack up and move to the west coast and try out this whole still photography thing changed my life forever.

Since then, I had the opportunity to hone in my skills as a photographer, always looking for those genuine moments that resonate with my clients and audience.
